Medical office of solo practitioner looking for someone to join the office team in the role of Front Desk Manager. Must possess a passion for providing outstanding customer service as well as administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities include general office duties, greeting and checking in patients, collecting copayments, balances and necessary healthcare information, scheduling appointments, assisting doctor in patient flow, as well as assisting medical assistant as needed in creating smooth and efficient environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, able to perform multiple tasks in stride, possesses basic Microsoft skills, and able to navigate online medical provider portals.

Experience not as necessary as the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
